Managing Horizontal Issues is one of several workshop that we have delivered for public and private sector clients across Canada, in the NE USA, and in West Africa.

The primary focus of the Managing Horizontal Issues Workshop is on how diverse groups come together to assess and take action on complex problems that no single individual, group, department or jurisdiction has the mandate and resources to resolve alone. These are often referred to as “crosscutting” or “horizontal” issues. Resolution of these issue requires that participants have a specific combination of knowledge, skills and abilities.  This workshop has been delivered in Alberta, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and the North West Territories.
